Season 1 · 12 conversations · Malaysia & Southeast Asia

Twelve voices.
Twelve different kinds
of courage.

The guests of The Centered Edge Season 1 come from different worlds — business, medicine, investigation, advocacy, sport, law. What they share is a willingness to speak plainly about what their work actually requires. These are not polished panel speakers. They are practitioners who have done the thing and are honest about what it cost.

Dr. Manju

Your host

Ts. Dr. Manju Appathurai — a psychologist who asks the questions boardrooms don't.

Dr. Manju Appathurai is a licensed psychologist, dual PhD holder in Crisis Economy and AI-Augmented Leadership, and founder of Mahat Advisory. She has spent 21 years advising governments across ASEAN — including MITI, WTO working groups, and the Indian Ocean Rim Association — and has sat in enough boardrooms to know exactly which conversations never happen inside them. The Centered Edge is her attempt to have those conversations publicly, with people who have actually done the work.

"The conversations on The Centered Edge are the human story. Mahat Advisory is the professional engagement."

Appear on The Centered Edge

We are building Season 2. If you have done the work and are willing to speak plainly about it, we want to hear from you.

The Centered Edge does not book guests for profile or reach. We book guests who have a genuine story — a moment where the ordinary rules stopped working and they had to figure something out. If that is you, or someone you know, the conversation starts with an email.
